Wellness Health and You is registered with the Registrar of Societies Govt of NCR Delhi under Societies Registration Act XX1 1860 vide registration number 63137 dated 26/09/2008. It has obtained permission under 80 CC of Income TAX Act to make all donations exempt from Income Tax. The organisation conducts numerous activities for enlightening and empowering society for self-care to be able to prevent diseases and also appropriately manage them when necessary.

YOU can help the organisation by supporting and ‘sponsoring’ any one of the activity, like ...

1. Conducting a check for one person to guide him/her on how to practice self-care. This includes examination of height, weight, BMI, BP; checking up of lung function, bone densometery, eyes; testing blood for Hb, lipids & glucose, PSA (for males) HbA1C and a FREE Consultation with a physician.

This will cost an amount of Rs 5000/ per person (subsidized).

2. Conduct training to a care giver of an elderly. This will include
   
   • Hands on teaching of life saving techniques(BLSR)
   • Warning signals for emergencies like heart attack, convulsions, drop in blood glucose etc.
   • Care of back–bowel-bladder
   • Basics of first aid, hygiene and nutrition

   This will cost an amount of Rs 2500/ per person



3. Conduct training for making work force of health workers amongst young boys/girls in the age group of 18-23. This training will include-
   • Basic Anatomy and physiology of human body
   • Recording of temperature, BP, pulse, Oxygen both by manual and with the help of gadgets
   • Giving injections IM/IV
   • ALSR techniques
   • Use of ECG, nebulisers and other bed side gadgets

This will cost an amount of Rs 3000/ per person for a period of three weeks
